My Experience

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science (2010).
    • Clinical Exercise Physiologist (second university degree, 4 years of experience).
  • Career
    • 15 years as an Exercise Scientist and Personal Trainer.
    • Worked in physiotherapy clinics, gyms, and wellness centers.
    • Certified Pilates and Yoga Instructor.
    • Taught in Australia, Singapore, Canada, and the USA—in studios, at retreats, on mountains, and beaches.

My Expertise

I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from children to 90-year-olds, including:

  • Professional athletes.
  • Neurological, cardiovascular, and metabolic conditions (e.g., diabetes).
  • Musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
  • Mental health concerns.

I have completed extensive professional development in areas I specialize in:

  • Paediatrics – Neurological conditions, neurodiversity, motor control development, athletic development.
  • Women’s Health – Pre/postnatal care, pelvic floor rehabilitation, return to sport, menopause.
  • Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation – Joint and tendon care, pre/post-surgery, chronic conditions.
  • Chronic Pain Management – Education, pain science, movement strategies for pain management.

My Personal Experience

Beyond my professional training, I’ve  explored and experienced many aspects of movement and sport:

  • Running: Half marathons, marathons, trail races, triathlons, obstacle course races.
  • Sport: Hockey, soccer , AFL
  • Strength training: Weightlifting, Kettlebells,  CrossFit competition
  • Adventure & movement: Acro yoga, stand-up paddleboarding, snowboarding. Hiking. 
  • Overcoming challenges: Managing and recovering from multiple injuries.
  •  Giving birth to two children and experiencing the physical demands of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and returning to training.
